Britney Spears a Stinky Boss, Says Bodyguard Fernando Flores
Flores is suing Spears's conservators, her cur, Jamie Spears, and her lawyer, Andrew Wallet, for an unspecified amount for "psychological damage, anxiety, depression and insomnia" Flores suffered because of "repeated unwanted erotic advances" by Spears.
In the original complaint filed last September and obtained by TMZ , Flores, who was often assigned to Spears' home, claims the troubadour repeatedly and intentionally exposed herself in front of him. On one occasion, he alleges, Spears, wearing a white lace see-through dress, dropped her cigarette lighter on the bowl over, bent over to get it and "thereby exposed her uncovered genitals." Flores claims he felt "shock and disgust."
On another occasion, Flores says he entered Spears bedroom and found her "clearly nude." After an awkward silence in which Spears stood naked in front of Flores, he asked her if she needed anything and she replied two bottles of 7 Up, the lawsuit reads.
Flores alleges that the pop be featured engaged in several sexual acts, including intercourse, in front of him. Moreover, he claims that Spears was "loudly having sexual intercourse" while her two teenaged sons, Jayden and Sean, were in the same hotel suite.
