Former Alert Accuses Britney of Using Drugs and Being Nasty

Britney Spears' camp likes to project the image that the one-time pop queen has rehabbed since her 2007-2008 civil meltdown, which included shaving her head and an emergency trip to the hospital for psychiatric evaluation.

But if the details of a recently-updated lawsuit by a former Spears nanny are to be believed, the superstar singer hasn't changed her disturbing ways in the slightest.

RadarOnline.com reports that former cop-turned-Britney guarder Fernando Flores, who worked for the soloist from February through July in 2010, alleges that Spears frequently paraded naked in front of him, picked her nose and farted all the hour and tried to get him to have sex with her on multiple occasions.

Flores also says Spears wouldn't shower for days at a time, didn't wear deodorant or comb her hair's breadth, didn't brush her teeth and, as we all remember from a string of Barefoot Britney photos, didn't wear socks or shoes.
